Match Reports
U12 Gold and Silver – One Club, Two Teams
Gold Won: 3-2 | Coaches: Andy, Chris & Joe (Gold), Angelo & Pete (Silver)
What a cup spectacle against another brilliant Omonia side! With the Golds just having 9 players and no subs, the boys gave everything. Despite playing out of position, they stuck to their principles, worked hard for each other and never dropped their heads.
George (Captain) led the way with another hat-trick, Noah organised brilliantly, Nick and Emilio were composed in defence, Teddy won his battles, Lyke drove forward, Cos controlled midfield, Raff excelled in attack and defence, and Tolu linked play with clever passes.
Huge credit to Omonia Silver, who were relentless and unlucky to hit the post and bar.
So proud of the boys – they’ve earned an early night!
U10 White – Great Football, Teamwork and Plenty of Promise
Coaches: Chris J, Zac & Chris C
The Whites started brightly, showing great energy and controlling possession for much of the first half. The boys created plenty of chances, with some fantastic attacking play and several near misses.
They carried that momentum into the second half, continuing to push forward and test the opposition. Although the goals didn’t come, the boys showed fantastic determination, kept their heads up and supported each other throughout. A performance full of effort, teamwork and positive signs to build on!
U12 Girls – Seven Players, One Team, Incredible Spirit
Coaches: Theo & Katie
A tough day for the girls, who showed incredible determination despite having just seven fit players and no substitutes. The team started brilliantly, playing with passion, quality and great attacking intent, but tired legs eventually caught up with us.
Despite the challenges, the girls kept fighting until the final whistle, showing fantastic character and togetherness. We’ll take the next couple of weeks to rest, recharge and regroup before coming back stronger as a full squad.
Thank you to our amazing parents for their continued support.
Heads up, girls. We are so proud of you!
U11 Platinum – Fighting Spirit, Strong Leadership and Rivalry Football
PoTM: Kaenan | Coaches: Simian & Dee- in partnership with the Transition Football Academy (TFA)
A big rivalry match on Saturday, with the boys showing great effort and determination despite having just seven players available. After a challenging first half, they came out stronger after the break, creating chances and putting Hinton under real pressure.
Kaenan’s well-taken goal lifted the team, and the boys stood up well in a physical contest, continuing to battle despite tired legs. Hinton were more clinical on the day, but the second-half performance showed great character and plenty of positives to build on in training ahead of our next fixture.
PoTM: Kaenan for a fantastic goal and an excellent captain’s performance, leading by example throughout.
