A switched-on, high-energy performance from the first whistle saw U10 Silver deliver one of their most cohesive team displays to date. The boys trusted themselves, made smart decisions, and applied their training superbly—particularly in quicker passing and keeping their heads up. Defensively, they were solid and communicative throughout. Midfield play drove the team forward with constant pressure and creativity, and the defence plus goalkeeper stood firm whenever tested. A performance full of maturity, teamwork, and clear development across the squad.

U14 Silver – Ruthless Second Half Seals Victory
WFL | Away vs HMH Rangers | 0–4 win | Goal-scorers: Max, Albion, Nick, Michael L.

U14 Silver delivered a commanding away performance, controlling the game from start to finish. After taking an early lead via Max’s composed finish, Omonia continued to dominate but were unable to convert further chances before the break. The message at half time was clear: stay clinical. The boys responded perfectly, scoring three quick, well-worked goals early in the second half. Slick movement, sharp pressing, and excellent decision-making made it a deserved and impressive win.

Aayla earned the Coach’s Player of the Match for a series of outstanding saves that kept her team in the contest.

The boys showed commitment, teamwork, and heart throughout. Zac impressed in his first tournament of the year, giving everything for the team. Jaydon and Matthew scored excellent goals, while the squad rotated bravely through goalkeeper duties. Competing in the Premiership division is never easy, but their perseverance and willingness to learn continues to shine through.

With a growing squad still in development, the U20s were grateful to Bedwell Rangers for supporting Leo by allowing him to join their team for the session. U11 Green produced a much-improved performance, standing firm against a strong opponent. The first half required concentration and defensive discipline, with Mario linking play well when Omonia broke forward. After conceding early in the second half, the boys responded superbly—dominating the final 15 minutes with confident passing and sustained pressure. Louis earned PotM for his excellent all-round display, including a crucial assist and an outstanding double save from a penalty.

The U8 Silvers delivered one of their best showings yet, full of focus, effort, and intelligent positioning. Playing a 1-3-0 formation, they controlled midfield, won key duels, and maintained possession brilliantly. The pressing forced mistakes, and both individual and combination play were hugely impressive. Kyri took PotM after producing his strongest performance since joining the team.

U15 White – Cup Win Built on Discipline and Unity

A full-squad performance delivered a well-earned clean sheet and cup progression for U15 White. With the defensive line battling for every ball and Aref vocal and commanding in goal, Omonia were strong from the outset. Alex X’s excellent assist set up Yahya for the match-winning goal, and the team fought hard to protect their lead. What stood out most was the unity—substitutes cheered every tackle and acted as the “12th man.” A gritty, collective, and very encouraging performance.

LJ equalised from the spot before adding a second in the second half, while the team maintained focus during a tense, competitive encounter. Brent Cross threatened late on, hitting the post twice, but Omonia’s organisation and mentality carried them through.
