Formed to provide football for children from all backgrounds between the ages of 6 to 18. Founder members Mario Christodoulides, Flora Soteriou, Jimmy Nikeforou.

Club win their first Middlesex Cup. The first star appears on the shirt!
F.A. Charter Standard Award
2005
The club are awarded the FA Charter Standard Award, making sure it is regulated under Football Association Rules. We are proud to have continued to be accredited with this standard every year since.
Radiomarathon Centre partnership
2006
The club establishes a very important partnership with the Radiomarathon Centre in Enfield, a charity that helps young people with physical and learning difficulties.
Omonia Youth FC becomes a Charity

Omonia Youth (UK) Limited, which the football club now operates under. This is supported by a Trustees committee overseeing the Club, its objectives, and together with the Management Committee its future strategies
Middlesex FA County Cup Winners

Our U13s beat AFC Wembley Youth 2-1 in the Middlesex County Cup. That’s the second Star!

Our U18s beat British Airways (Youth) FC to win the Middlesex Cup. 2-2aet. OYFC win on penalties. The club’s third star is secured.

Our U15s beat Wingate & Finchley Youth 2-0 to win the Middlesex Cup. A fourth star adorns the club’s crest.

Our U14s beat Parkfield Youth 2-1 to give the club its fifth star in the year of our 20th Anniversary.
Nike Partner Club
2017
Season 2017/18 saw the club sign up with US Sportswear giant Nike to become a Nike Partner Club, an agreement which has benefited the club and our young footballers.

OYFC are now an England Football Accredited Club. The club is recognised by the FA for creating more chances, for more people, to play and enjoy football. As a club OYFC have built a strong, sustainable, successful model that “…supports the community through football…”

Omonia Youth FC form second men’s team!

In September 2023, a 2nd men’s team – Omonia Youth FC Men II – is formed playing in the Barnet Sunday League
Omonia Youth FC awarded Chris Mikkelides Award
2024
In April, Omonia Youth FC were awarded the ‘Chris Mikkelides Award 2024’ for our outstanding contribution to our community. The awarded was granted by the Metropolitan Police Service Greek and Cypriot Association. Chris Mikkelides was a talented inspector in the police force for 30+ years. He was a strong advocate and active contributor to local community work. He was honoured by having the award named after him. Co-Chair Sophia Karanicholas and Head of Trustees Demi Shiamishis were present to collect the award.
OYFC Men II team achieve first gold star on their badge!

In their first season, Omonia Youth FC Men’s II team triumphed in the coveted Middlesex County Cup – earning a first Gold Star for the Omonia Men teams logo, and a 6th for Omonia Youth FC as a club.
OYFC records another milestone – 2 teams achieve the treble

Omonia Youth FC’s illustrious 2023-2024 season, saw their trophy cabinet adorned with plenty new precious metals, and was capped off by a momentous occasion – 2 teams successfully achieved a treble win! Omonia Youth FC Men’s II team successfully achieved the club’s first ever Treble – finishing 1st in their BSFL division, winning the BSFL League Cup, and the much desired Middlesex County Cup. Omonia Youth FC U13 White team matched the men’s team – topping the WFL Green Division, as well as being victorious in the Junior League Cup & winning the Spring Plate.
