Omonia Youth FC U13 Green Team Triumphs in Challenge Cup Final: Jack Markou, Manos Hadjimanolis, and Andy Stavrou’s U13 Green team capped off an amazing season with a decisive 5-1 victory in the Challenge Cup final. An early goal settled the nerves, allowing the team to showcase their true potential. Every player displayed grit, determination, and composure, highlighting the growth and learning from the past week. The comfortable win at full time set off jubilant celebrations, marking a well-deserved end to their season.

 

Omonia Youth FC U13 White Team Secures Treble with Spring Plate Victory: Nick Paraskeva and George Agrotis’ U13 White team completed a historic treble by winning the WFL Spring Plate final 6-2. Despite an early setback, the team showed immense determination. Roman’s hat-trick, along with goals from Kernius, Chris, and Omer, sealed the victory. Adam, the player of the match, was a defensive powerhouse. This triumph added to their Green Division and Junior League Cup wins, capping off a remarkable season.

U8 Silver Team Impresses in Friendly Against U8 Green: Kyri Karaiskakis’ U8 Silver team faced off against Ben Devons and Kyp Panaretou’s U8 Green team in a friendly match. The team finished the season as League Champions, having faced only two minor setbacks. Securing the title well before the season’s end, the team displayed dominance and consistency throughout. This final match marked a fitting end to their successful journey in youth football.

U16 Pan-Disability Team Shines in Season’s Last Tournament: Mary Tryphona’s U16 Pan-Disability team participated in their last tournament of the season under the bright sun. With only four players, they maintained a positive spirit, borrowing players from other teams. The team won two games and lost two, but the true victory was in the camaraderie and fun experienced by the players.
