In their first exhibition match of the International 2024 Tour, Omonia Youth U15 White, led by Kyri Eleftheriou & Myri Demetriou, showcased an outstanding performance against AEK Larnaca Academy, securing a 2-0 victory.

The match was a testament to the team’s discipline and collective effort, as they executed their game plan with precision and determination. Despite facing threats from the opposition, the Omonia defence held firm, demonstrating heroism and resilience throughout the game.
Coach Kyri expressed immense pride in the team’s performance, emphasising the significance of the experience gained and the lessons learned. He highlighted the players’ self-belief and their ability to execute on the pitch.

Goals from Kordian and Kyri showcased the team’s attacking prowess, while standout performances from Charlie and Junior earned them the title of Players of the Match. Charlie’s dynamic presence on the wing and Junior’s solid defensive display were instrumental in securing the victory.
As the tour progresses, Omonia Youth FC extends their best wishes to the team for the remaining two games in Cyprus, confident in their ability to continue their successful run.
